CANCELLATION POLICY
REIMBURSEMENT FOR CANCELLED COURSES: If fewer than 10 participants enroll in the Sawubona Leadership Forum (SLF) or an unforeseen circumstance happens beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the Sawubona Leadership Forum (SLF). Should this occur, all tuition collected to date will be refunded including any deposit fees made.
TUITION DUE: The tuition is due and payable by July 15, 2021. You may cancel 30 days or more prior to the starting date of the program, and your tuition is fully refundable minus the non-refundable deposit. If you cancel 29 days prior to the start date of the SLF or less then 29 days prior to the start day, no refunds are possible. If you have not yet paid in full, the program fee becomes immediately due and payable.
SUBSTITUTIONS: You may substitute another person in your place at any time prior to the start of the program.
WITHDRAWALS: If you withdraw from the program at any time for any reason, your tuition is not refundable. If the tuition is being paid quarterly, the full amount becomes immediately due and payable.
